A family recreation and entertainment center will be created in Vladivostok. At the Fourth Eastern Economic Forum Konstantin Bogdanenko, the vice-governor of Primorsky region, has signed an agreement of assistance in an investment project implementation with LLC Strateg, the resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok. The total cost of the project is 6,9 billion rubles.
On a 20 hectares land plot in Vladivostok the Center will accommodate an exhibition pavilion illustrating the fragments of everyday life and cultural features of world nations, a hotel, thematic tourist houses, an amusement park, a waterworld etc. The author’s idea of the park implies the creation of a quality world-class touristic product, where the guest would not only spend a good holiday, but also broaden their horizon and learn something new in the spheres of ethnography, geography, culture and history.
“We already have a significant investor from France that is interested in creation of the park. However, we still plan to additionally introduce the project abroad. Our key advantage while working with foreign partners are the preferences that we enjoy as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok”, said Oksana Ivanova, CEO of LLC Strateg.
Implementation of the project is guided by the Investment Promotion Agency of Primorsky region. The Agency assists the entrepreneurs to organize the communication with both potential foreign investors and the government authorities.
“We are currently in the process of land plot selection. For this project we consider using a site on the coast of Ussuriisky bay 25 kilometers away from Tigre de Cristal gambling zone. We are working closely with the regional department for land and property in order to complete all the necessary administrative procedures.”, commented Dmitry Yamschikov, the head of the regional Investment Promotion Agency.
As soon as we get the final construction permit for the land plot, the construction process of the key objects will start and take around 2 years. The complex will create more than 300 new workplaces and contribute to the development of the tourist industry of Primorsky region. The Park will attract tourist not only from all across the Far East, but also from abroad. Over 1 million people are expected to visit the Park annually.
