The climate is temperate monsoon. Winter is dry and cold with clear weather. Spring is long, cool, with frequent temperature fluctuations. Summer is a typhoons season, it is warm and humid. The peculiarity of the seaside summer is abundant precipitation, typhoons and fog. Autumn is warm, dry, with sunny weather.
The abundance of moisture and a long frost-free period facilitates the maturation of heat-loving crops: rice, soybeans, legumes, plums, apricots, grapes and others. The most favorable for gardening and vegetable farming is Spassk-Dalniy district

Automobile Factory "Mazda Sollers"
The factory in Vladivostok produces cars which fully comply international Mazda quality standards. In 2017 the enterprise received the status of a resident of "Nadezhdinskaya” territory of advanced development and launched the production of it's latest crossover Mazda CX-5. Mazda is also implementing another investment project which aims to create in Vladivostok the production of Mazda SkyActiv-G engines. The construction of a new factory has already started.
